Online Orders

Once an order is placed online, you will receive an automatic email from us confirming your order. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately and have your order number ready.



Our products are made fresh. If the product does not smell or look fresh please do not use it and notify us immediately. Take note of the shelf life printed on the product label at the back of the product.



Orders are delivered across Nigeria from Monday to Friday. Please make sure someone is home to receive your order. In the event that a delivery cannot be made because there is no one to receive it, the package will be returned to us. Please note that this attracts additional charges from the shipping company and no refund will be issued. Contact us with any special requests here.


Packaging Error

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact customer care and we will re-ship the correct item at no additional cost. We appreciate your understanding.


Pick Up

Our pick-up option is available on weekdays between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, and on Saturdays from 10 – 2pm at our store, the day of your order.



Due to the nature of our products, BathKandy operates a strict no refunds, no exchange policy. Most products are made with ingredients that allow the product to melt at body temperature. During the hotter months, these products can get warm in transit and may melt. BathKandy is not responsible if products arrive melted. In most cases, you should be able to pop the products in the fridge or freezer and still be able to use them. Please note that we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit. Keep in mind that if you put them in direct sunlight, they’re going to melt too, so please keep them someplace cool.
